Internal communication within the project team
INN ensures smooth internal operations by coordinating workflows and fostering cooperation among project partners, using digital tools and face-to-face meetings to enhance communication.
Data Management
This task is led by CITA and focuses on creating and overseeing plans for how data is managed and shared, as well as strategies for publishing results to ensure that data is accessible and preserved for the long term. Training workshops guide all partners in complying with the data management plan, guaranteeing open access to published data and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Gender, Diversity, Equality, and Ethics
This task is integral to all project activities, overseen by a dedicated team and led by IEA to ensure inclusivity and ethical research practices. Particular attention is paid to gender representation and the respectful treatment of different stakeholder groups.
